TERMS OF SERVICE

Dear customers,
Due to the current situation in my country, I can no longer work through such payment systems as Paypal, Wise etc. At the moment I only accept payments via Boosty or Hipolink. Boosty is the Russian analogue of Patreon. This service is quite easy to use, just below I will attach a tutorial on how to use it from the customer's side.

GENERAL:

• I DEFINITELY WON'T DRAW:
- Hardcore NSFW
- Weird kinks
- Mecha/Robots
- Gore• Payment via Boosty or Hipolink• No refunds• Prices are subject to change• I only work with my style. I do not work with other artists' styles.• I may not accept your commission if I am not comfortable with your character or if I don't like the idea of the art.• Commission wait time is 2 weeks – 1 month , if you have an urgent order be prepared to pay +50% on top of the normal price.• At the sketch stage, all corrections are free. After the sketch was approved all remarks are $5 extra.• Feel free to ask about your commission progress anytime, but please be patient and do not rush me though.• I have the right to stream or post your commission on my social networking pages.• If you wish to keep it private for longer than a 4 weeks after completion, I will charge an additional 50-100%

here's the guide HOW TO USE BOOSTY::

Commission Process:

• Fill out the order form. Describe in detail your character and commission you want. If you have any references, please send them.• If your commission is accepted, you will be contacted. I only accept payment via Boosty and Hipolink. If payment is not made within 72 hours after acceptance of the order, the order will be canceled.• After payment I start sketching. Within 7 - 14 days, sketches will be ready for the approval of the idea with your commission. At this stage, you make the final changes. At stages later changes will be paid. (+$5 per change)• After approval of sketches the work is done within ~14 days, I will send you the process if you need it.• I send the finished work to your mail with all sizes for twitch / discord and the original size of the work.• It takes 14-30 working days for general commissions. However, turn around time will also be based on the difficulty and quantity of artworks of your commission.

COPYRIGHT/USAGE POLICY:

• Emotes, badges, icon etc. for personal use only. Artwork cannot be used commercially. This can be discussed, additional charges will apply. This would mean, you are not allowed to use the artwork for your profit (such as merchandise).• I tend to post work in progress photos to my Twitter, if you do not wish for me to share photos of your project prior to completion, please notify me beforehand.• Do not edit, copy or trace my work without my permission.• Do not resold or redistributed my work.• I do not take responsibility for artwork rejected by Twitch or any other organization.• Please credit me when you use my work on Twitch, Discord or anywhere else by leaving a link to my Twitter (@vararuri).
